From Mary Morcos, Pitt alumna (’21) and Harvard Medical School Candidate (’25):
Harvard Medical School is planning a neurosurgery hackathon in collaboration with Mission: Brain. We’ve partnered with MIT and Dr. Q (author of Becoming Dr. Q!) to plan this huge event to attempt to solve real life neurosurgical access problems in low and middle-income countries. The grand prize is a fully paid week-long trip to Mexico through Mission: Brain, where the participants can help with the goals of Dr. Q and mission:brain.
Anyone can apply (undergrads, law students, any grad student of any field).  It would look great for all resumes, but particularly those who are pre-med/STEM related. The application is due on March 4th, 2022 and can be found here: www.missionbrain.org
