Meet our panelists:

Ari Urban is a passionate violinist and dedicated meditator who collaborates with recording artists,producers, and creators around the globe. Having played on multiple Grammy Winning and nominated albums, Ari has also shared the stage with world-renowned artists including Yo-Yo Ma, Jacob Collier, Kimbra, Joshua Bell, Michael Buble, Bobby McFerrin, Yoshiki, Kanye West, Josh Groban, PJ Morton, Johnny Mathis, Andrea Bocelli, Edgar Meyer, Gloria Estefan, and George Benson, among others.

As a mindfulness meditation mentor, Ari works with young musicians using mindfulness and sound healing to overcome performance anxiety and empower students from the inside out. During 2020, Ari has collaborated virtually with Nu Deco artistic director/conductor Jacomo Bairos on a “Musical Mindfulness” series, and co-founded “Music Free my Heart” with holistic healer Carolyn Baron; an ongoing project designed to help others express and integrate the complexity of their inner world, through music and guided meditation.

In her solo work, it is Ari’s intention to create a sacred field of music in which the listeners’ emotional body can be explored deeply; connecting to one’s inner world and discovering an inward path to self discovery and healing.


Mike Weinberg, a 27-year old Los Angeles native, boasts a wide-ranging background that includes experience in audio/video production, event promotion, marketing/branding, concert touring, and more.

Mike ran his own lighting, djing, and production company for several years in Los Angeles before heading to Ann Arbor for college. During his time at Michigan, Mike spent multiple summers in Atlanta working for famed music producer and rapper, David Banner, as well as other songwriters and producers in the city. Mike also launched a student led initiative to create a new pump-up anthem for Michigan in 2014, under the name Hail and Unite.

After college, Mike joined the music touring department at Creative Artists Agency in Nashville. In November 2018, after more than 3.5 years working in Electronic and Pop music at the company, Mike decided to forgo a promotion to launch his own company, Moonlight Venture Group.

After two years of research, development and fundraising, plus a brief hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mike and his team are preparing to launch a unique entertainment and events concept at the former historic music venue, 12th and Porter, located in the heart of Music City.

A proud Stamps Scholar, Mike graduated from the University of Michigan in 2015 with a degree in Music and a minor in Spanish.


Pianist Katie Leung is a dedicated collaborative artist and chamber musician. A two-time winner of the Lillian Fuchs Chamber Music Competition, she joined the faculty of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2015. She moved to Las Vegas from New York City, where she maintained an active performance schedule and held positions at numerous renowned music and dance institutions, including Lucy Moses School, Ballet Academy East, Rutgers University, and Manhattan School of Music. Katie has worked with such artists as flutists Amy Porter, Demarre McGill, and Jasmine Choi, and cellist Raphael Wallfisch, as well as current and past members of major orchestras such as the New York Philharmonic, Atlanta Symphony, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, Montreal Symphony, and Detroit Symphony. She has been a collaborative pianist at The Banff Centre in Canada, the Castleman Quartet Program in Fredonia, NY, the National Flute Association annual conventions, and the Bowdoin International Music Festival in Brunswick, ME. Katie attended the University of Michigan, where she was a Stamps Scholar and James B. Angell Scholar, and Manhattan School of Music. She holds degrees in Piano Performance, Flute Performance, and Collaborative Piano.
