Laura Carpenter, Georgia Institute of Technology

Laura Carpenter is an Engagement Manager at Deloitte Consulting where she designs and implements digital supply chain transformations. She graduated as a Stamps Scholar from Georgia Tech in 2013 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and attended Harvard Business School from 2016-2018, where she graduated as a Baker Scholar. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her daughter and marathon running.

Colleen O’Connor, Dartmouth College

Colleen O’Connor is a strategy consultant and impact investor from Buffalo, NY with a passion for enacting positive social change through the private sector. Colleen currently works as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman and recently attained her Master’s of Management Science in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University as a Schwarzman Scholar. She was accepted to Harvard Business School through the 2+2 program and plans to matriculate in the fall of 2022. Professionally, Colleen has formerly worked with startups and nonprofits in Japan, China, Mexico, and Peru with additional experience living and/or conducting research in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, South Korea, and Thailand. She graduated as Salutatorian and Class Marshal of Dartmouth College in 2019 and enjoys competitive axe-throwing, amateur paragliding, and traveling in her free time.
